About Me

I am a highly qualified psychotherapist specialising in systemic family therapy. My journey began in mental health nursing, where I spent over 14 years, primarily within the National Forensic Mental Health Service (NFMHS) in Dublin. This experience gave me profound insights into the effects of relationship ruptures and ignited my passion for systemic therapy.

I hold a BSc in Mental Health Nursing from Dublin City University (2010) and an MSc in Systemic Family Therapy from University College Dublin (2024). Now, as an independent family therapist in Dublin, I am an accredited and registered member of the Family Therapy Association of Ireland (FTAI) and the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP).

As a first-generation immigrant from Ghana, my practice is deeply rooted in cultural competence, equality, diversity, and inclusivity. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for all my clients.
